Site Manager : Evolutive micro welding solution : The Laser Welding system can change product in a few seconds. No need for any time-losing tasks like re-alignment, or part support position validation. Production rate : several parts per second. Return on investment in less than two years.
Process Manager or R&D Team : Define wedling parameters in a few minutes with high accuracy and repetability. The time to define optimum laser parameters is divided by a factor 10 compaired to traditional laser programming.
QC Manager : 100% Laser Reliability. Based on smart camera part detection, VisioWeldTM will drive the laser where you defined, event if the part moved. VisioWeldTM can be configured to load welding parameters on the fly based on datamatrix printed on the parts to be welded, or on the part holder.
Operator : Locked interface, no possibility to change any parameter of the system : the operator can run the system with 2 hours training period.
