In less than 10 minutes, setup complex laser micro welding schemes with automatic part detection and position compensation :
Place the part to be welded
Define a reference image
Check detection parameters
Draw the position of the welding on the picture
Set the laser speed and power
Shoot with a few micron accuracy on the laser position at very high speeds
Place another part, VisioWeldTM detects its position and orientation, compensates the welding position, and shoot with the same accuracy, even if the part position and orientation changed.
